Cancelation and Refund Policy
The following policy is applicable to all NEC Training Events cancelation and/or no show up cases:
1. Training registration will be only confirmed by one of the following:
a. Receiving online registration and NEC confirmation of registration
b. Receiving email registration and NEC confirmation of registration
2. In case of a confirmed registration and the cancelation was received by NEC in less than 10 days to 3 days from the training event starting date then 20% cancelation fee will be applied
3. In case of a confirmed registration and the participant did not show up then 100% cancelation fees will be applied. In this case the paid fees will not be refunded and the amount can be used for any NEC future training course.
4. In case of a confirmed registration and the cancelation was received in 10 days or more from the training event starting date then there is no cancelation fee, and any paid fees will be refunded less 5% administration fee.
